July 21, 2017Chelsea Court Condominiums are minutes away from South Coast Plaza, South Coast Collection, Metro Pointe, The Segerstrom Center for Performing Arts, Trader Joe's, the John Wayne Airport, the 405, 55, and 73. Quiet, uncrowded, and beautiful. Nice floor plans. Pool, two jacuzzi's, a workout room, bathrooms, and showers, a community barbeque and patio area, a car wash port, and enclosed doggy play arra are ammenties offered. Just over 100 individually owned condominium 1 and 2 bedroom homes. Each ...with indoor full-size laundry closets, single garage, and parking space. With most units occupied by just one or two adults this community is a place where you can truly enjoy a sense of calm. Added benefit: it's gated to keep much of the real world nonsense outside. Oh, and whether you feel like picking up goodies to cook, or feel like enjoying a bite out without getting back on the road, use the pedestrian gate and you're steps away from an international supermarket, a French Bistro, Wing Stop, Pick Up Stix, Subway, Philly's Best, Rubio's, Japanese restaurant, and Bruegger's Bagels. This community is a hidden jewel. Safety Hazard
September 12, 2016Chelsea Court apartments are great if you like peeping toms, needle users, and burglary! The HOA is in charge of safety and they are entirely ineffectively. I just left a meeting and all they do is bicker and play out petty rivalries. Meanwhile, as a young woman, I live on the first floor and I worry about about attacked in my sleep. When I brought this up to the HOA president, she told me to buy pepper spray. I pay to live in a gated community where I am told it's my fault if I'm attacked in my ...home with below-par safety standards.
