We love The Chelsea!

My husband and I have lived at The Chelsea in different units through the years. We absolutely love the staff who are always kind and accommodating. We also love the convenience of the location and the beautiful beach park next door. In the summer time, you can't beat it! It's also pet friendly which has been great for us. Can't recommend it here enough!

After the Chelsea Apartments had 7 whole days to review and submit video to the police from when my 10 thousand dollar Harley was stolen out of their locked residential garage, I am told today, that the "download" didn't properly "download" and now the footage is gone... So great to live in a community that"cares".......

Recently moved into a studio apartment at The Chelsea Apartments. In my opinion, best studio space available for the price. Great storage- best storage I have seen for a studio. Full pantry, walk in closet, coat closet, cabinets in bath and kitchen, and I have shelves in my bathroom for towels/toiletries. Great lighting- huge windows,and adjustable track lighting in both my living area and kitchen with dimmers. Full bathtub, deep enough to keep my knees covered with water. Ability to paint- ...
they supply options but you can bring your own paint. The charge is really reasonable and they paint it white for you when you move out. The staff has been great. I did my walk through with maintenance when I first got the apartment and we noticed one of the towel racks had come unhinged from the wall; the maintenance crew fixed it in under an hour. Noise control is good too; I have never heard either of my neighbors and only sometimes hear outside noise (nothing noticeable). The apartment also pumps nice scents through the hallways.

have lived here for nearly 2 years. Would have give it a 5 stars until a recent incident. They made a mistake entering in my apartment, because I was transition to a new location my apartment looks empty. The removed fixture from my apartment, and my belonging as well. When I found out, I talked to the manager who settle the issue by ending my lease early. The manager claim the refunded rent the security deposit will cover the valuable that they took from apartment. It was a very unpleasant ...
incident for the fact that you trust the management with the secondary key but the violate the lease and enter my apartment without giving any notification. not only that they have took my valuables away and claim refunded rent from ending the lease will cover the cost of items they have taken from me. Can you believe this? I felt I literally got rob by my landlord. Too bad they don't have a -10 rating on this.

I moved to Chelsea following a divorce and relocation after being in single-family homes for over 25 years. I thought moving from a home to an apt would be a challenge, i.e., space, noise, privacy, etc. I am happy to report that I intend to stay here another 1-2 years and perhaps beyond. The management is excellent here and are very responsive to any situation that comes their way. My place is adequately private and the community is kept very nice.
