It’s sad for someone to get their first apartment and pick this place!! The person is trying to make their life better. But how could they if you got bugs flying in your bathroom etc..... so far in the last two weeks they done seen over 500 they call the office no one ever pick up I told them to walk down to the office and see them face to face that still didn’t work so as of today nothing have been done if I could post pictures I would so sad the whole situation for someone just started out ...

This neighborhood is really safe, the complex is located in a very good area, with access to a lot of shopping places, grocery stores, coffee shops, pet stores, gyms. I love the feeling inside the apartment, the attention to details, the hand-picked furniture, everything really makes you feel like home. The office staff is nice and helpful and I don't think that I ever waited for longer than two days for the maintenance to come and fix whatever problem I had.

I just leased an apartment at Chesapeake apartments and was really impressed with the person who helped me. She really explained what the property and area had to offer. The townhome I just looked at is newly renovated and looks beautiful. Really excited about the upcoming renovations to the pool area It will be nice to cancel my gym membership and stop paying so much money. Only negative I have is that my commute to work is a little longer, but the tradeoff is living near Easton area!

wow, if you work hard for your money or care about where you live stay away from here. i don't mind things being broke but when it takes more than a month or some times 2 its a big problem.
last summer i was without ac for about 2 months. this winter I've been without heat is was so bad i had to go stay with my brother for a couple of days. my fridge been broke for 5 weeks now they try to replace it with a used dirty one that have roaches in it. i refuse to take it and now I'm the needy one ...
lol.
my house stinks, the fridge stopped working completely.
every month they stick these eviction notice with your name on it to your door even though your rent is not late. stressful
they will be nice to you until you sign the lease and move in and you realize not much is working and you're on your own. save yourself stay away i know i can't wait to get out.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and does it only get worse the longer you stay! when I moved in was told the apartment would be ready for move in and it was not. when I moved in I not only walked into the cleaning and painting crew who are related to the management were still cleaning and painting. but after I had them leave I still have to clean every part of the apartment from top to bottom! the bathrooms yeah GROSS!!!!! The electric outlets which are still not fixed don't work! and ...
if they do work they are pushed into the wall you cant not plug anything into it! oh lets talk about the trash areas hmmmm yeah people just don't care and maintenance does not care either! lets talk about the maintenance personal well I wouldn't trust them in your home when you're not there will they not only NOT FIX the problem watch out for your personal items going missing! 24 hour maintenance line its not !!! since the day I have moved in I not only had issues with the water heater, electric, heat/ ac, the bugs! I don't know about you but I like taking hot showers and waking up in the middle of night with heat instead of waking up to dropping temps in your home!

Tried to get into contact with them 3 times and got no answer even though it shows open til 5pm... Even left voicemails and still nothing! Extremely unprofessional! How do you expect to acquire tenants when you can't be contacted!? Horrible from the first impression!
