It's conveniently only five minutes away from RCTC and right down the street from Mayo High School and Willow Creek Middle School. Tenant pays electric and a $70 property service fee that includes water/sewer, and trash. Additionally, there is a mandatory $10 monthly technology fee and $10.50 liability landlord insurance fee. 2 cats are allowed with a $300 nonrefundable deposit and $40 a month per pet.
