The worst apartments
September 6, 2024They will help you move in then they will never fix things they will ignore you.when I moved in the ac unit didn’t work they give you the run around roaches glore been there 2 weeks and have unlimited problems. Worse place to live.Property Manager Responded

Poor Apt Complex
June 8, 2023If I could rate these apts a zero I definitely would. Ever since I moved here it’s been chaos. The people on top of me just bump, stomp, and bang constantly. These kids are out of control hitting people cars with footballs, rocks and sticks, knocking at doors and running, being loud and disturbing and fighting in the hallways. And throwing trash in the hallways. Traffic all day all night from people selling drugs in the building. I called the rent office to inform me. They never ever answer the ...phone. When I finally did get in contact with them. They tell me it’s nothing they can do either call the police or knock on the door and talk to the individuals. How foul. It was big big big mistake moving here. Run far away from these apts they care nothing about their tenants. But always quick to charge late fees and put notice on your door when you are late for rent. But don’t be so concerned about what’s going on in their apts and in the complex. I’m very very very disappointed. I hate it here, I really do.Property Manager Responded

You’ve been warned, do not move here!
February 25, 20231 star is to high. Noisy complex, both neighbors (above and beside) play loud music and the complex doesn’t believe me. They won’t do anything about it. Please take my advice. Save your money and move somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here!

Lack of Clear Communication about Billing
November 26, 2019The apartment complex itself is fine, they are clean and come with the necessary amenities needed. BUT there are several other issues that make this apartment complex frustrating and very challenging to live in. 1) For laundry, if it is not within your unit - you must add money to a pre-loaded card to pay for laundry. This is located in their office meaning that you are only able to add money to the card during the office hours. Not ideal. 2) Billing for the first month is very frustrating as ...they work with a 3rd party that charges you for trash, sewer, water, gas and electricity (even though you are required to set up accounts with Dominion + The City of Richmond). I was charged vacant service fees though I was able to provide them with proof of setting up services in a timely manner. I have been struggling with this process for over a month without any solutions. Be aware of these things, keep your bills and make sure that they pay attention to your bills from them. 3) Communication is confusing when it comes to rent. I have gotten two (2) separate notices letting me know that my rent was late even though it was paid on time. I hate it!!
September 15, 2017Roaches were infested in our apartment, we had to call weekly to have them spray. The things that we found wrong when we first moved in never got fixed. We complained and complained and management always said "we are so sorry" but never fixed the issues. No person should ever have to live like we did. For the price, pretty good
October 12, 2015I really like the atmosphere here. It's on the low price end of apartments in Richmond, but the complex feels safe. This is a place where families live. There are always kids playing and the ice cream truck comes by all summer. The apartment is pretty much what you'd expect: no frills and somewhat junky, but everything works. I only ever saw one bug that may have been a cockroach, but the apartment management sent over an exterminator right away. They even made sure to put down only bug control ...that was cat-safe at my request. If you have any problems that are within their abilities, the maintenance staff is competent and friendly. I had two instances when they were not, and that was when bigger things went wrong. We had flooding in our hallway, and at first all they did was suck the water up. Finally after three visits, they put in the effort to track down the problem and fix it (upstairs apartment had a leaking a/c unit). The second issue is that our carpet gets damp all over every once in a while for several days at a time. They seem completely baffled by this and even treat me as if I'm lying. July 30, 2015My family and I have just moved here a couple of months ago and I have been very impressed with the faulty and staff...when we were at our wits end in trying to find a home these people gave us a chance and we are very grateful! !!
