Interpersonal Qualities Sealed the Deal...
May 18, 2020My family and I have been residents of Chickahominy Bluff Apartments for the past two years and Grady Management has been our landlord for the past 11 plus years. Chris has exceptional interpersonal qualities that really make a resident feel valued. Although sometimes things don't always go as planned, he strives to always lend a helping hand, is very patient and compassionate at what he does and it really shows. He is a true team player. When we were perspective tenants Jean made sure our ...specific needs were met. Grateful that we were able to seal the deal. She has a great team behind her. The maintenance team Bryan and Orlando always provide good customer service and quickly get the job done. We appreciate the team wearing booties when entering the apartment. All in all Chickahominy is a nice well-kept community nestled on its own. We love that the community is pet-friendly. August 14, 2015Like I said, I like it here. Chickahominey Bluff offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and all the apartments in my building are 2 bedrooms, if you rent a 3 bedroom you will be in a building with all 3 bedroom apts. I do enjoy living here. My section of the building is quite and I've had good neighboors. No one bothers me. Check it out you may like it too!Review from Apartments.com

Likes and suggestions: The one and only thing that I did not like about it was when my new neighbors moved in above me being as so I was on the ground level! I understand having neighbors in the apartment above me but they had no regard and respect for the noise level they were making! Complaints were made to the rental office and I assume that they checked into it, but ...nothing was ever really done about it! Only complaint!
