My family and I have been residents of Chickahominy Bluff Apartments for the past two years and Grady Management has been our landlord for the past 11 plus years.
Chris has exceptional interpersonal qualities that really make a resident feel valued. Although sometimes things don't always go as planned, he strives to always lend a helping hand, is very patient and compassionate at what he does and it really shows. He is a true team player.

The maintenance team Bryan and Orlando always provide good customer service and quickly get the job done. We appreciate the team wearing booties when entering the apartment.
All in all Chickahominy is a nice well-kept community nestled on its own. We love that the community is pet-friendly. No community is perfect, but the pros outweigh the cons.

Like I said, I like it here. Chickahominey Bluff offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and all the apartments in my building are 2 bedrooms, if you rent a 3 bedroom you will be in a building with all 3 bedroom apts. I do enjoy living here. My section of the building is quite and I've had good neighboors. No one bothers me. Check it out you may like it too!
