GREAT PLACE GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

Lived here for 8 years. Great area, quiet yet close to all shops within minutes. Never had any problems with maintenance issues everything handled right away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice area for themselves or family.

Old broken appliances (dryer took 3-4 cycles to completely dry clothes); window's draft cause high energy bills, bathroom tubs drain system does not work properly, so expect to take showers standing in a tub full of water (we tried Draino several times and landlord refused to help), garage door remained broken the entire duration of the lease, and property managers are crackheads. Save your money, the quality of the apartments do not match up with the area.
