Horrible management, bad living conditions.

We had Plumbing come up the shower and it took 2 weeks to fix. Natural gas leak from the gas lines, they are aware and do not fix. Drive way is extremely damaged and has huge pot holes. Property management is a joke no one answers the phone. They will raise your rent at market value and add 10 percent because you are moving out. Water damage on the walls.

Greeting!!!, I have been there going on three years,, the apartments are clean, spacious room,well invested upgrades surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere. Great bus routes if you don't have transportation, all the majors grocery stores, health foods, fast foods, pharmaceutical places like rite-aid,etc. Are walking distance.....and let's not forget the downtown area, great location for all the events, shows, Mardi gra,and all the weekend restaurants located downtown...but the most important thing ...

is the safety,,, it's quiet, no Loud music, no noisy neighbors, very family-friendly...so come and get on aboard the chuchhill apartment and be my neighbor....God bless......G.D.,apt. B2

I love living here at Church Hill apartments! The apartments are located in the cozy section of Historic downtown Mobile. My apartment is great with upgraded appliances in the kitchen and bathroom, the the bedrooms are the perfect size for my family. I also enjoy being in a secluded area where there is not much traffic, but also quick access to local restaurants and nightlife. The owners and property managers are great and easy to work with. I love my apartment! It has a great kitchen and good sized bedrooms. The grounds are well maintained, and is a great area for a walk to Washington Square Park and to Mardi Gras parades. This is a great place to live and in a very friendly neighborhood. It is close to several fast food restaurants and behind Saucy Qs Barbecue.
