I moved here in January of 2015, and I must say I feel very blessed to have found such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood to reside. It is a two bedroom apartment, very spacious, along with a balcony. Plenty of closent space, along with an extra storage room. The kitchen was newly renovated with dish washer attached (huge plus). Also, it has a washer and dryer room on the property. And private parking for those with cars. Literally across the street is public transportation for those without a ...

car. You also have the convienance of local bars, eatery's and food markerts within 15 mins walking distance. Great place to live!

Highly outdated. Poorly managed. Great little community just wish it wasn't so over priced and poorly maintained so many mold issues. And with rent rates we can't afford to move. Help us!
