May 28, 2016The apartments are nice at first glance, but maintenance is extremely slow if you need any repairs. It's difficult to cool the front of the apartment in the summer because the windows are in the bedrooms only and only patio doors in the living room area. But the KILLER is when you move out....they are SOOOO picky about EVERY little thing that they make sure to find a bunch of small things that you would've NEVER even thought of to charge you with. And if they have to clean DUST off of the heater ...top, you will PAY!! I went back to the property two separate times to clean crazy stuff and was still charged and the placed was immaculate when I left the first time. August 20, 2015when my husband came and looked at our apartment we fell in love right away, but now we have no apartment manager and the place is looking really bad , my counter tops took them 5 months to put a new one in and now its bowing in the seems, my dryer just keeps getting looked at my washing machine is making some wierd noises. July 22, 2015After viewing this place I was amazed! The deals going on now are amazing! First impression was very professional. The lady who took good care of me takes her job and these buildings very seriously. They maintain these places with care. The spacious apartments are quaint and beautiful. Don't let the area these apartments are in fool you, it is off the beaten path for a quiet setting.
