Build in constant repair
July 30, 2025Elevator service has been disrupted close to 10 times in the last 6 months. Most recently it went out Sunday, and they won’t even have the replacement part until Friday before they can start troubleshooting issues again. Read the google reviews for more including homeless people sleeping in the hallways, unsecured garage due to a broken door, and more.Property Manager Responded

We walk everywhere, and we're exploring new restaurants and coffee shops every week. Even our dog loves it! Our apartment, itself, is perfect for the two of us: spacious and well-lit, with a large balcony that we use every day. March 13, 2024My overall experience is good. I found staffs to be responsive. However, I feel like the apartment is leased in a rush. Thanks apartment is advertised to be wifi ready, but I need to wait for at least 10 days to get the wifi running because later on inspection the Internet wire was disconnected. The service provider should be asked to have the inspection of those devices before leasing it. Also, one of the bedroom door was not in a proper conditions and toilet seats had wear and tear.
