June 10, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comMy experience at City Edge Flats has been ok. Only complaints I have is the kids that play and throw balls around cars instead of going to the grass. Also people driving fast/ not paying attention while in the parking lot. Not enough parking for visitors at all. And people throwing trash on the grounds and broken bottles. But overall it’s a nice place to live in Murfreesboro.
