management sucks.
March 18, 2022Property management truly makes this property 1 star. Such a nice building but the management will allow you to sign but will be showing it to other leasers and leave you in the dust. Also said they’ll give you a 24 notice if someone is more interested but never said anything then say it’s your fault because you couldn’t look at it sooner. Logic isn’t there.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Customer Service
June 14, 2019Left 3 phone messages and 3 emails asking to set up an appointment to view market priced units. No response at all. Either they're making to much money or they're full and won't bother notifying me. Terrible service. I'd hate to see how they deal with problems in the units. Goodbye City Hall! Deserve zero stars!Review from Apartments.com
