    I love the area, the amenities and the amount of space in my apartment. Everything I love is walkable, the pool and gym are great and I work nearby. The large patio is a huge plus as well.

    Once the new office manager came in the hospitality has gone down hill. We can walk in and not even a “hello” comes from them. We plan on leaving the community once our lease is up. It’s sad how much a few people can really change the outcome of someone’s living situation.

    The officd staff is great. Maintenence is quick to respond. The neighborhood has been going downhill each year, but the new security they hired seems to be more attentive than the previous company. I've really enjoyed my time living at City Place. Most of the neighbors are great, friendly, and respectful. They were starting to overcharge when lease renewals came up, but they gave a fair rent increase this year. We just resigned for year 5.

    I can just say there is nothing that's perfect. That being said as stressful as it is moving it went as smoothly as can be expected. We are not to hip on having to do everything online but that's the sign of the times. It seems really artificial with less and less human interaction. Other than that everything is ok.

    We just moved in so far everything seems nice. We can't wait for the pool to open and use the Fur baby spa for our Corgi when it's warmer. Loving the area lots of good food around here to choose from.

    City Place at Westport made moving in such a breeze! The management team was super friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of all the action in Westport. Highly recommend!
