We previously lived in Commerce Tower downtown, and Summit in Quality Hill, and we like City Place so much more than either of those. First, the neighborhood is incredibly walkable. We can easily walk to the Plaza, the streetcar, 39th Street, and of course Westport. Which means we can walk to restaurants, bars, comedy theaters, music bingo, the grocery store, the eye doctor, the hardware store, book stores, vintage shops, and more! in the office are so friendly and helpful, the best staff we have ever experienced. Maintenance is equally impressive. James, Brian, Larry, they’re all great and fast. We have never had to wait for anything to be taken care of. We love there is a pet spa where we can wash our dog (& this is a very dog-friendly community), and we enjoy the pool all summer. The gym isn’t impressive but it is adequate. They are always hosting community events with freebies. After 1.5 years we plan to stay!

I love the area, the amenities and the amount of space in my apartment. Everything I love is walkable, the pool and gym are great and I work nearby. The large patio is a huge plus as well.

Once the new office manager came in the hospitality has gone down hill. We can walk in and not even a “hello” comes from them. We plan on leaving the community once our lease is up. It’s sad how much a few people can really change the outcome of someone’s living situation.

So far it’s been good I’m liking it! It’s pretty quiet here which is good, I’m not used that.its also really close to all the bars over here which is super cool every thing is walking distance.

I love this amazing complex! Rent is very reasonable, the apartment is spacious, the street noise is quiet, the amenities are great, the maintenance is always prompt and professional, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
