August 13, 2025Moving into City Place in Westport has been an absolute dream! From the moment I stepped into my new apartment, I was struck by the modern design and thoughtful touches. The spacious layout, coupled with the incredible natural light flooding in, creates such a welcoming and airy atmosphere. The kitchen, with its sleek appliances and ample counter space, has already inspired me to cook more often. Beyond the apartment itself, the amenities at City Place are truly top-notch. The fitness center is ...well-equipped, and I'm already looking forward to spending summer evenings by the pool. August 10, 2025My move-in experience was smooth and positive from start to finish. Communication beforehand was clear and timely, which helped set expectations and made the process feel organized. On the day of move-in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions. May 31, 2025Once the new office manager came in the hospitality has gone down hill. We can walk in and not even a “hello” comes from them. We plan on leaving the community once our lease is up. April 4, 2025The officd staff is great. Maintenence is quick to respond. The neighborhood has been going downhill each year, but the new security they hired seems to be more attentive than the previous company. I've really enjoyed my time living at City Place. Most of the neighbors are great, friendly, and respectful. They were starting to overcharge when lease renewals came up, but they gave a fair rent increase this year. April 1, 2025I can just say there is nothing that's perfect. That being said as stressful as it is moving it went as smoothly as can be expected. We are not to hip on having to do everything online but that's the sign of the times. It seems really artificial with less and less human interaction.
