If I could give no stars I would
May 1, 2026you have a property manager that lives in Florida who tries to manage a complex in New Jersey. They charged for everything if something breaks they charge you even though the unit comes with it. Try to get your Security Deposit when you leave is next to impossible even if you leave the unit, Immaculate, which I did they charge you for painting, which is unheard of in a rental unit. Parking is horrible. You have one parking space for 13 units so good luck to have your family over for the holidays. ...My car was vandalized in the property by another tenant and the landlord did not cover damages. They are horrible place to live. I would not recommend living there not even for my worst enemy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
