City view of down town Fresno was once great the exit door well is filled with homeless who have access to the building which is dangerous there's roaches the management doesn't do nothing but sit for a few hrs they don't fix nothing air conditioning units are giving motel 6 vibes do not move

Decent apartments considering they are brand new. People are already ruining the property but the inside of each one is gorgeous and also affordable. They're nice..for now!
