June 18, 2020City view has kind and very respectful tenants. Their is not alot of noise or commotion in the apt. Complex. The land lord Ms. Manayer made me feel so welcome upon my move in; not to mention the down town view of my apt is awesome. ThanksReview from Apartments.com
