I love Claridge House! I've always lived with roommates and this is the first time without them in a studio apartment. It's the perfect size. I have plenty of room for bedroom and living room furniture. The fixtures are all updated and they do a great job of cleaning and painting prior to move in. There isn't a pool or gym, but that helps keep the price down. The building itself is always really clean and well looked after. The woman in charge of the building is the best! anything you could possible need and knows everyone's name in the building. The location is the best! You are right between DuPont and Logan Circle which gives plenty of access to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and shopping. Safe and awesome place to live! Couldn't recommend it enough!

After spending nine years in NOVA, I hesitantly tried a six month experiment in Northeast DC. DC was great but with all the rain I may as well have moved into a kiddie pool. Downtrodden and at wits end, I found Claridge House and Barbara. Not only did she help me navigate my situation but was extremely kind and helpful.
