This community is managed by aggressive people who do not know how to communicate respectfully with adults. You will never get your maintenance requests acknowledged and you will be treated as though your problems are not the business of management or maintenance. None of your needs will be priority everything and anything else will be superior to your needs. You will have roaches at some point some where. You will have ants at some point some where. You cannot open the windows because thieves ...

have stolen all the screens off of the windows. Wild anger children meander I’m into the street while driving so you may accidentally hit one of them. You will save money but you will pay in frustration

Takes them at least 3 calls to come fix something. Stopped lawn service even though it’s in the lease agreement. Trash in yard daily and nobody bothers to clean it up. Kids play in the streets white cars coming with no intention on moving. Management lie just to get you off the phone.
