About Clean, newly renovated rooming house rooms available for rent (Light St, Lynn)

Price: $800 - 900 We have rooms open in our rooming house in Lynn. This rooming house is newly renovated, with a large shared kitchens and multiple new bathrooms. The place is clean, pest free, and drama free. Each room can be occupied by only one person. We have an extensive security camera system in place that keep tenants safe and out of trouble. We are looking for tenants that will help us keep it that way, and be respectful of the other tenants in the building. A lot of our tenants commute into Boston for work and enjoy the location as we are close to major bus routes, market basket, and the beach. We require first and last month's rent to move in, and a security deposit. The rent includes all utilities, but you are responsible for your own cable and internet package.
