As apartments become available, were continually updating and modernizing our homes including new countertops, carpeting, flooring, light fixtures, and appliances in select units. Availability, pricing, and finishes may vary depending on the timing of your move-in and recent upgrades. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

My New Place.
August 19, 2015Well, its very nice, its two bedrooms and it has a balcony. I like the fact it has lots of closet space. Another nice feature is, there's a picnic table and barbecue grill to use right outside in the front yard. Big yard with lots of trees everywhere. It's on a dead end road so its quieter also, I love that. I've 3 ceiling fans.The laundry is inexpensive. The neighbors are very nice and quiet.
