Availability, pricing, and finishes may vary depending on the timing of your move-in and recent upgrades. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

My New Place.
August 19, 2015Well, its very nice, its two bedrooms and it has a balcony. I like the fact it has lots of closet space. Another nice feature is, there's a picnic table and barbecue grill to use right outside in the front yard. Big yard with lots of trees everywhere. It's on a dead end road so its quieter also, I love that. I've 3 ceiling fans.The laundry is inexpensive. The neighbors are very nice and quiet.
