About Clearwater Apartments

All apartment homes come with new siding, new dual pane windows, Central Air Conditioning, storage lockers, did we mention a huge pool… Save money… All our apartments feature new aluminum (not plastic) “High-E” double-pane windows and sliding patio doors for quieter apartments with better insulation to save you money year round in heating and air-conditioning costs. One bedrooms and two bedrooms. See our floor plans below. All with storage included. We are located in a quiet residential area of South Davis across the street from private homes. The UCD shuttle stops at our door. If you like, you may join the Fitness Club next door. Our seventy five foot pool is the largest in the area and is surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds. We have, bright spacious one bedroom, two bedroom, and two bedroom two bath master plans. All our apartments feature new double pane windows and sliding patio doors to save you money year round in heating and air-conditioning. We have cost efficient central air conditioning for your summer comfort. Not the expensive to run, loud, individual air-conditioner units (that can keep you awake at night) stuck in walls and windows seen on many apartments in Davis. Each apartment comes with storage and assigned, covered parking. State of the art laundry with Internet connected machines. No quarters required. The UCD shuttle stops at our corner. The two and a half mile ride to the campus is quick. City buses are available as well. Two efficient laundries. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets. February 23, 2021This place is the perfect and best place to live in Davis! I have lived here for about 1.5 years, and I had absolutely no complaints during my stay. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nice neighborhood. Location is good in terms of accessibility to the markets, food, UC Davis, etc. Facilities are all clean and nice including each unit, laundry room, large swimming pool. No additional pay for water and garbage (I think it is a great strength). Best of all, efficient and prompt responses from the ...manager maintained my living in Davis so comfortable (She speaks Korean- If you are Korean, this place must be the best place to live in Davis.). Best place ever!
August 1, 2020I have lived here for 2 years. The place is quiet and peaceful. Not only the great quality of the apartment but also the people living here are so good. All neighborhoods are respectful to each other. In addition, the manager is so nice and kind. She tries to listen to any trivial opinion. Also, the service is great. Whenever something was broken, the service engineer came right away. I was really satisfied with this. I highly recommend you choose this one if you live in Davis, you won't regret ...it. PS. One of best places I have lived
February 1, 2019One of the best properties I have ever lived at; have been here for 7 years. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful of others. Management is very responsive to any issue that arises; new laundry facilities and the most beautiful, HUGE and (recently renovated) pool in Davis!
