March 5, 2022Even if you prove to be a good tenant, pay on time, and have decent credit the chances of changing from a studio to a one bedroom/ or vice versa- is near impossible. Even telling them you want to upgrade when there is an availability; lack of communication that only becomes apparent when new individuals are moving into the unit that was consistently asked about once it was vacant. Cheap place to live, but has its issues.. can quickly make you feel like youre stuck.Review from Apartments.com
Current Resident LOVE IT
October 24, 2019Currently renting one of the studio rooms, whenever I have an issue whatever it is, management responds to my concerns in a timely manner and has maintenance come out and fix the issue immediately! I had old kitchen flooring that I had concerns with and they replaced the flooring, at no extra expense to me! I rarely hear my neighbors around me through the walls, and there is always parking spaces available. The laundry building is clean and well-kept, too, although a bit costly and does not have ...a change machine available. Minor complaints that someone should consider would be, neighbors closing front doors too hard can be heard when windows are open/ shakes adjacent walls, some residents have loud vehicles, and the dumpster locations for the front apartments should be moved since in the summertime it can smell strongly. All in all, it is a wonderful community and quiet place to live. I would recommend to anyone looking for cost friendly studio apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE IN
January 13, 2017Since the new management took over about two years ago, it has gone down hill. The maintenance staff has no knowledge of what to do to fix things. It takes 3 times as long to repair anything.Review from Apartments.com
