They increase your rent annually to the maximum they legally can. The laundry machines are consistently in poor condition and frequently out of order. Additionally, you are held accountable for handling maintenance issues in your apartment, such as a clogged toilet or a malfunctioning oven. Since the complex was sold in 2022, they are only interested in make money. Numerous apartments remain unoccupied, likely due to the combination of the pricing and the subpar quality. Considering the cost and ...

I moved in paramount square apartment on September 2nd. The management was kind, and very professional. All my paperwork was handled in a time sensation manner. Surprisingly , I was approved for a one bedroom apt. My credit not being the best , because I went though a rough period losing my job due to being ill. I was misdiagnosed and as a result my 9 year nursing career was over. This was bad timing with the housing market dropping I was broke, unemployed. Today I still need surgery. The ...
