Hate Living Here
June 21, 2022Don't even know where to begin. The crime here is frighteningly frequent. My car has been broken into 3 times, once in broad daylight. Our mail has been stolen. My apartment was broken into and someone turned on the gas. My laundry has been stolen twice. The security tapes were "hard to access" when asked to see footage. Last year, they wanted to replace light bulbs and shower heads for a greener project. We got a notice on our door multiple times for MONTHS saying that "the landlord will enter ...on these days", and it took MONTHS for them to actually come and do the replacement. We were constantly stressed because we were told our landlord was going to enter our apartment at any moment and we just had to be okay with it. And the "greener" shower head just had significant less water pressure, reducing the quality of the shower. The office staff will gaslight you and do anything to take your money. They tried to tell us we didn't pay a month of rent and they were going to kick us out in 14 days. I walked in and told them to look through their system, and then "they found the missing rent". If I had not advocated for myself, they would have either taken an extra $900 from us and we would have been kicked out, because they didn't look carefully. Maintenance requests can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. You'll have to call twice to actually get them to come out. The phone is answered 20% of the time at most, and your voice-mail won't be returned. Make sure you get everything office staff says in writing, because we were told we could move a certain day, and then when we called to check in on everything, we were told "we never said that". We had already packed most of our apartment up. Finally, as we are trying to move out, we have in writing that you can clean the apartment yourself. When we went to schedule a walk through, to make sure the cleaning was up to their standards, suddenly office staff is insisting we have to pay for a professional cleaning regardless. We have in literal writing that you can clean the apartment yourself. Living here has been awful.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2018Yesterday I went to check the apartments. The Girls that gave me the tour was awesome :) I loved the place and I would like to live there. Only a studio is available. I'm waiting for 1 bed become available. Hopefully soon I would love to live there.Property Manager Responded

This place is HOME!
May 12, 2017I have lived in a studio for almost 4 months now and I LOVE the place! The staff (all of them!) are amazingly nice and helpful. They are so friendly and very helpful. They are constantly improving the place (working on updating the pool right now) and whenever I tell them about a burnt out light bulb they are right on it. My neighbors are all quiet for the most part and the place is very clean. Only thing is the train that passes through at night is loud, but I also moved from desolate Montana ...where there isn't even traffic noise anywhere. I have gotten used to the train and don't even think about it for the most part now.Property Manager Responded

Unbelievable
January 9, 2016Clear water Square apartment is by far the best apartment that I lived in with exceptional customer service, affordable rent, 24 hour maintenance and complete facility with no additional fee for Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, coffee/cappuccino, ground tennis, volleyball, shredder, fax, etc. Its’ ideal location makes your life simple for accessing the HWY, walking distance shopping, biking to Columbia Park, and many more. Most importantly, while it is centrally located for almost everything you want to do ...in the Tricities, it is hard to believe that the community is clean and as quite a monastery.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2014I recently got myself a studio apartment at clear water square, the service, amenities, and all they provide are outstanding. the service helpers who got me into my studio were amazing. Jackie helped so much. went in on a Monday for about 30 min to talk, and after that was literally squared away and ready to move. this place is awesome! its family friendly, quiet, enough space to relax and enjoy. the apartments are even beautiful, gorgeous space, new appliances and even a fire place. i am so ...beyond grateful i found this apartment complex. i highly recommend to anyone!Property Manager Responded
