Looks nice but disappointing

Been living here since it opened in Oct 2020. This place looks great from the outside but half the amenities you're paying for are poorly managed. The roof is always a mess. The floors are thin. The gym has had a broken mirror for weeks. The camera on the intercom has been broken for months. People leave trash everywhere since there aren't enough trashcans in common spaces. And they still haven't installed the EV chargers promised when I signed the lease... I understand it's fairly new but ...

considering it isn't a large building there shouldn't be this many things going wrong already. The only plus is that the apartments are modern and a great size, I guess.
