Looks nice but disappointing
February 12, 2021Been living here since it opened in Oct 2020. This place looks great from the outside but half the amenities you're paying for are poorly managed. The roof is always a mess. The floors are thin. The gym has had a broken mirror for weeks. The camera on the intercom has been broken for months. People leave trash everywhere since there aren't enough trashcans in common spaces. And they still haven't installed the EV chargers promised when I signed the lease... I understand it's fairly new but ...considering it isn't a large building there shouldn't be this many things going wrong already. The only plus is that the apartments are modern and a great size, I guess.Property Manager Responded

We appreciate your input and are delighted to share that we've made drastic improvements to the building. We've implemented several enhancements to enhance the quality of the complex for our residents, including the addition of multiple trash cans in common areas and the installation of EV chargers on-site. These upgrades are part of our ongoing efforts to create a comfortable and convenient living environment for our community. Promptly addressing any issues that arise are top priorities for us and we have an on-site property manager including a maintenance team that is readily available to always assist with this. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to continually improving and providing the highest level of service to all of our residents.
