So I’ve been living here since March 2025 . I hate this place. so much whenever I have an issue with roaches trash outside my apartment very very rude maintenance guys and really poor Staff. I got a way different apartment than they show me the first time. Just waiting for my contract to end so I can just go to another place just by the time I find out how bad it is I didn’t have enough money to get a new one. But they trick you to sign the contract and then it’s like they change completely the ...

I just moved in and i got a call from the management saying that there’s a pet at my apartment and they took pictures we just invited a friend and he bring his cat I feel like there’s no privacy and and they said utilities were included with the rent we asked twice and she said they were included but now the other lady saying it’s not there’s bugs roaches, bad terminations and poor management and not very clear and and the lady asf why can’t you just be honest I can’t wait to move out

Pests and major water damage. "Restorations", no! Unlivable and unsafe conditions for a family. Absolutely abhorrent! Misrepresentation and false advertisement. The pictures show nothing of the reality to come. Out of 2.5 bath, one toilet works, and in another bathroom, one shower worked. Water damage was painted over, mildew was painted over. Paint in multiple places is bubbled or pealing (not just small areas, but large areas). Shampoo soap is imbeded in the carpet, still wet and soapy upon ...

everything is very calm and quiet very nice to be in that kinda environment. can't hear cars or neighbors or any noises! no one bothers you and sometimes you can even see a couple deer strolling along. nice people and no ruckus equals a nice time

Moving in was the smoothest experience I've ever had. The staff made the process seamless, and the quietness of the area was immediately noticeable. The extra space in the two-story units is a major plus, giving a sense of living in a house but more convenient just like any other apartment.

Seen and been all over the northeast and this is one of the few places that has a nice dog park that is kept clean and very convenient to most of the buildings. Everything else is pretty good too, nice people living there and nice office folks

5 stars, they are super nice and each time I've had a little annoying issue they fixed it super quick! Quiet peaceful area central to a lot of different parts of EP and space is pretty big for what you pay

Maybe bad other places I had been living at nearby before, but Cliffside is 5 stars easy to barbeque and chill in shade plus I had 2 things broken and they came right away to fix. easy and lots of parking and they dont charge you for that like other places
