October 20, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comPests and major water damage. "Restorations", no! Unlivable and unsafe conditions for a family. Absolutely abhorrent! Misrepresentation and false advertisement. The pictures show nothing of the reality to come. Out of 2.5 bath, one toilet works, and in another bathroom, one shower worked. Water damage was painted over, mildew was painted over. Paint in multiple places is bubbled or pealing (not just small areas, but large areas). Shampoo soap is imbeded in the carpet, still wet and soapy upon ...move-in. It was pink. No screens on windows, bars are gone, and windows are easily opened with poor locking, at floor level, making them unsafe for children (2nd and 3rd floor apt.) The back door to the balcony is damaged and doesn't lock. Drawers, cabinets and counter tops are a nightmare! It doesn't end there, but I'm not writing anymore.Read More
