I’m so happy with our apartment. The rent is very reasonable when you consider all that’s included. It really takes the stress away of the hassle of multiple bills. The staff is very responsive and understanding. They keep up on the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings. People are friendly and being a respectful tenant is important.

This apartment is exactly what we had been looking for for months! It is modern, bright, cozy, and has all of the features on our list (like a balcony, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air, marble countertops, and beautiful flooring). Beyond the amazing layout, the property manager, Samantha, has been phenomenal! She is responsive, helpful, and always seeking to make sure we are happy and content. We feel so grateful to call this apartment our home. :)

I am so glad to stumble on this place. It's an affordable and convenient, especially when all the bills inclusive. No need to worry about the utilities, wifi, or laundry. All units came with the washer/dryer. Not to mention, it's great management as well. I really enjoyed living here.

We like the whole atmosphere of the “campus”
The design as well as the workmanship is excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking, and quick response from management about anything. The appliances, cabinetry, and trim work are all top quality.

We have been very pleased with our apartment rental since day one at Cloverleaf apartments in Saco. Its location is central to Saco and Scarborough…shopping, activities and a 5-10 minute drive to several beautiful beaches. Pet friendly (we have a dog and two cats) and the rent includes EVERYTHING! Brand new build with all the amenities and property management company is quick to reply when connecting with them. So far we love it!

The personal are very helpful and kind and the apartments are extremely nice and well put together! If you are looking in the southern Maine area, definitely take a look here. We’ve been in the 1 bedroom apartment for 4 months now and have nothing negative to say about it. The landlords are very kind, the construction of the units was very well done, and the location is amazing. My boyfriend and I love the apartment!
