I have a brand new remodeled apartment that’s beautiful but the amount of roaches and bugs in this place doesn’t not make up for it. It’s disgusting, trash everywhere in the halls and parking lots. Also the people who live here are a mix of old condo owners and new renters, the condo owners run this place.

I've lived there for two year and once the new company took over this place have went down. Rats running all over the building and in your apartments, mites in the carpets, the property manager very rude, tood them that my apartment have nice and no one ever came. It got so bad that one was in my daughter bed. I moved out right after. There is also kids running in the hallways, and people partying in the parking lot that dont even live there. I've been at this apartment for 8 years. All the staff members are my friends. They attend to my needs when asked. It has a lovely view the landscape is incredible. There's a 9 ft pool in the back. My family and friends enjoy coming to visit me. They never have a problem parking because there's enough parking for the visitors.

I moved here a little over a year ago with my daughters. It is your typical apartment building, well maintained. Property management is responsive. Summer is great with access to a beautiful pool. Free heat is great in the winter. Great closet space, good size rooms and clean, onsight laundry facility! Close proximity to a great elementary and middle school. I love how well the grounds are maintained! Happy Renter!

This place is truly a dump, and not well maintained. Do not believe the "4 star property" rating given by Apartments.com - that must be some kind of hype to spark interest. The only good things are heat is included with rent, there is a backup generator if the power gets knocked out, and they constantly spray for cockroaches. While there are locks on the common doors, the building is pretty easy for a non-resident to get in and out of. The common laundry facilities are gross as well as the ...

This is a Place is you want to call home and this is very clean and comfortable. I wish I could live there but I will be one day but I have a friend that lives there and it's very nice peace and quiet with no drama. the best part is you have a pool where you can have fun with your friends and family. Trust me and believe me if I want to move this is the first place I want to move and you won't regret it :)

I live in a one bed room the layout is nice. Once you walk in the door you walk straight into the living room. Every other living area is to the the right. Once you turn to your right it is the dining room it is so small it could be what ever you want it to be. When your in the the doning room you look left and there is the kitchen it is small but is functional for two people to be in there. The kitchen has a window and functional appliances like dishwasher stove and refrigerator. The bed ...
