The Bentley is located just off Main Street in Downtown East Hartford next to the Town Green Park. Our older style studio is just $885 and the remodeled studio with a brand new kitchen and bathroom is $995 (top floor corner unit, very sunny interior, ultra clean). We also have 2 small corner unit 1 bedroom for just $1,050 a month with hardwood floors. Right around the corner from the Bentley are the Orchard Street Apartments. These are large 1 beds for $1,250. They have carpets throughout, 5 closets, large bedroom 13x12, an extra large living room, and a cool private back deck, free heat & hot water, plus one car off street parking space included. NOTE: No pets allowed, no prior evictions, income 2x the rent, satisfactory credit needed. $50 non refundable tenant screening report per adult. No laundry at The Bentley although there is a laundromat within walking distance. There is a common laundry room at Orchard St apartments.

They DON'T clean the apartments.
August 29, 2018When we checked out the apartment we were going to get, we found human hair in the bottom of the shower room and all over the sink in the bathroom. There was cat fur covering the bottom of the closets and right outside the front door to the apartment. We told the lady who showed up the apartment that this needed to get cleaned before we moved in, which when we did move in it was not cleaned up what so ever I have pictures to prove it as well. There are many tiles missing from the bathroom floor ...and more keep coming up. The toilet in the bathroom has not been fixed either even though after we moved in I went to the office and told them about how the toilet keeps flushing. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I've gone to the office and all she did was write the problems down on a sticky note. I never write bad reviews unless I have proof of what I'm saying is true, and I do, I have pictures.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
