Lana, the property manager, is very personable and stays on top of things. It doesn't feel like you're living in some corporate place where you can never get the help you need. Can't say enough great things about them both! September 30, 2024I have lived at Coastal Living at San Marcos for almost 5 years. I love my apartment, the other tenants and the location. It’s really become home. The property manager, Lana, is fantastic. Lana plans and manages activities so that we can meet other tenants and just have fun. Everyone is so friendly. Whenever there is the smallest maintenance issue, it’s taken care immediately. The maintenance manager, Constancio can fix anything.
