Horrible Place to Live
June 13, 2025Easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. The AC has been broken for 10 out of my 12-month lease even though I reported it right after moving in. Still not fixed. During the winter, the heat didn’t work either, and it wasn’t repaired until the cold was basically over. It was colder inside than what local laws allow. The dishwasher has had roaches since day one and nothing has been done about it. My car was damaged by the apartment’s own equipment in the parking lot, and they refused to take ...responsibility. On top of that, management threatens to fine entire floors when someone breaks the rules because though there are no cameras and no way to tell who actually did it. If I could do it over, I would’ve chosen any other apartment. Don’t waste your time or money here.Property Manager Responded

sweet management, horrible conditions
April 25, 2023so i want to start off with a positive. the management and maintaince are kind people who tried to help me during the worst time of my life. they really were helpful and stayed on top of everything. also i loved the patio so much! and the view from the pool was breath taking! but the building itself its awful. when i first moved in my ac was out for over 2 weeks, i had to email twice. i guess the maintenance people forgot? it was in midcle of sunner too but no biggie. i brushed it off. the pool ...wasn't even opened most of the time during summer. always breaking and shutting down. the same thing with most of the washer, dryers, and elevators. i was always fearful to take the stair because of how steep they were and getting furniture into that place was a nightmare. the elevator was too small and there was only one other and it was even smaller. there was a cockroach problem That they didnt tell us about until after they said we couldnt use the trash anymore. they wanted us to carry our trash all the way outside and around the building. the fitness room wasnt in the best conditions either. despite all of this i still had a positive experience there, it really shows how good management can make a difference. i dont blame management for the building conditions. i understand things happen. however, if you want more a newer place i wouldn't recommend it. but if you're a college student looking for anything. i would suggest this place!Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2019I am so thankful to no longer live here. I hate to be negative, I really do but I need to share my experience to make sure others do not live here. My car was towed in the parking lot because my sticker fell off, even though they had my car information and license plate number on file. Of course they refused to refund me ($295). The key fobs to unlock the doors to get in the building break very often, weekly. I spent so much time waiting outside the doors for someone to walk out to let me in. ...All your drains will constantly have a smell. This building was not made to have plumbing in each loft, there was nothing I could do to treat the drain smell. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dishwasher and shower when any water is ran you can smell sewer. The gym is really dirty, they have no cleaning or sanitizing wipes/spray to clean equipment after use. All the parking lot spots are tiny, which leads to difficult parking. (Expect to get door dings and scratches often due to tiny crowded parking lot). When I moved out I spent 2 hours deep cleaning, they charged me $130 of cleaning fees. (Dirty cabinets, bathtub, fridge) I know for a fact they were not dirty. They must not deep clean and sanitize the apartment before a new resident moves in, they expect the previous resident to do all the cleaning. THIN WALLS. Elevator breaks often, stairwells are dirty and cringey. There is a reason this place has terrible reviews, I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to live here. Staff is argumentative. I completely agree with Micheal P's review below, their response to him and the way they handled it shows you exactly why you don't want to live here. No Protection for Tenants
June 21, 2018I left a negative review on here but the staff took care of my issue so I deleted it. Now I am just done with it. Read my story below. *I don't fault the staff on any way. I blame the business who owns this apartment building. They are nice people* _________________________ Someone hit my car in the parking lot of my apartment building and just left. My car has some very noticeable damage. Thank god Cold Storage Lofts has cameras covering their parking lot... Oh wait they don't. In 2016 a ...woman was mugged in the parking lot and then taken under the bridge, raped at knife point (google it) and yet... They still decided not to make any changes. We've had nothing but problems from them. Staff is friendly but the place in general is garbage. I can't wait to move out. Of course, they have a clause that says that your protection is no responsibility of theirs, if that tells you what they think of you. Thanks I recommend everyone to look elsewhere when choosing a new place to live. I made such a mistake moving here. Lease is up in March. I can't wait!Property Manager Responded

WILL NOT RECOMMEND
October 6, 2017The management is awful and does not help. The parking is crammed with people constantly messing with other peoples cars, management fails to fix the cameras to fix these problems. The elevator is constantly broken which is not a huge deal if you aren't on the top floors. There apartment leaks when it rains and has yet to be fixed even though it has been pointed out to management. The entrance is also always broken, and people constantly leave the door propped for whatever reason which is great ...sense the homeless community is very prominent, and even live under the bridge right next to it!!!! I would not recommend living here to anyone, it is cheaper but you get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded
