Maintenance team was great, but management doesn't want to spend a dime on anything. An elevator that breaks every few months, nonfunctioning security doors and parking garage entrances that have been unfixed for over a year leading to care break-ins and homeless sleeping in the stairwells, broken fire alarm sensors that go off once or twice a month and cause evacuations, claustrophobic parking area connected to a pothole ridden alleyway, non-functioning security cameras so reporting thefts of ...
laundry or packages occurs regularly with no results, the list goes on.
Ultimately I didn't have many issues in-unit, never had pest issues, a/c worked well, and the place was affordable. But just about everything else I could name a problem with.
