Old, Not Well Taken Care Of
August 5, 2024I lived here from 2018-2021. These apartments were not well maintained when I lived there. My carpet got soaked from water coming in through the wall from outside every time it rained. My toilet never stopped running. Thebathroom sink drain would regurgitate water at random times, sometimes even flooding the sink. The oven would only heat to 500 degrees, no matter what temp it was set to. The air conditioner was broken for months, I moved out before it was ever fixed. The apartment manager was ...rude and unhelpful. The maintenance guy would let himself in without knocking at all hours of the day or night, but he never managed to fix anything. There’s not many options in Montevallo so I was stuck there longer than I would’ve liked to be. Stay away from College View.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
