My Apartment
August 9, 2015Hello my name is Ilay Ben-Shabat, my apartment is mediocre at best. While the room is spacious with two closets, there is no dish washer and the management is horrible.We live in a small building with about fifty apartments and only four washing machines, a lot of plumbing issues that have not been taken care of and the management is very slow to respond. We have had instances where water was leaking from the walls and we could not sleep in our own home for almost a week with no financial ...compensation. Another time a pipe bursted and the bathroom was flooded with water, it took the manager two hours to respond and by the time the plumber got here it was already eleven o'clock at night. I rated this apartment fair because it's not all bad, we live in a good area with quick access to restaurants and stores, and the neighbors are friendly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
