PEST INFESTATION/ MOLD
February 19, 2026I would not recommend this apartment complex. I have repeatedly reported a serious roach infestation in my unit, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been properly resolved. The problem continues even after pest control treatments. I clean daily, do not leave food out, and take every precaution on my end, yet the infestation persists. In addition to the roach issue, I have also discovered mold growing in my apartment. This is extremely concerning due to the health risks associated ...with mold exposure. I brought this to management’s attention, but instead of offering a safe solution, such as transferring me to a different unit, they refused. It’s disappointing and frustrating to feel unheard when dealing with serious health and safety concerns. As a resident who pays rent, I expect a clean and habitable living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.Property Manager Responded

Great first place to live
March 11, 2024my fiance and I moved in a few months ago, and for this being our first place together I can happily say we made the right decision moving here. Johnathan helped us through the process and was extremely helpful and super nice Along with Sierra. Management is extremely attentive and helpful. As for the apartment it’s self. It’s fairly modern and extremely clean. The building is well kept and the surrounding area is equally clean. For our first place together and in general it’s a highly ...recommended complex. Beautiful and Great staff
March 7, 2024I recently leased an apartment at this complex. My apartment has a lake view and at night I enjoy watching the water birds.
