November 12, 2025If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and I have endured ongoing harassment from a neighbor, including slurs and derogatory remarks. Despite multiple reports and evidence being provided, management has taken no action to address the situation. This has made living here extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. If you’re a minority or value a respectful environment, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Poor management

Terrible apartments and managment
September 2, 2022Been here 3 months and have had atleast 12 maintenance request. There’s a roach problem. Plumbing. And hvac problems TWENTY FOUR SEVEN. Always a new problem every week the list goes on. Was paying $30 for valet trash but noticed we they never were even picking up our trash a month into living here and we was paying for itProperty Manager Responded

June 7, 2019I love living here at the Colonial Grand at Wells Branch. Its close to all the major roadways, work, shopping, and grocery stores. The apartment is newer than some of the other complexes on the same street and spacious. For being so close to I35, it is very quiet. I've had very good neighbors too. The leasing process couldn't be any easier: I had a bad experience with another company before signing lease here. The management team in the office is friendly and helpful.
