Great Property with Great Staff
April 25, 2023I am loving my time at Colony House. Staff is always updating the complexes, modernizing the space, which makes it super comfortable. The maintenance team is quick to respond, even on weekends, which is super helpful. My roommates and I feel safe and comfortable!Property Manager Responded

This Property is excellent
May 10, 2020I love living at Colony House. The apartments are spacious and the property is Clean. They have lots of great things like walk in closets in every room, personal washer and dryers in the apartments, pet friendly, and the amenities are great! They have a volleyball court, tennis court, swimming pool, playground, property herb garden, and gym. One of my favorite things is actually the staff and maintenance crew. If you have something you need looked at or help with they are always there and ...quickly. I've never waited more than half a day for them to do something I've asked and that was after hours. May 8, 2020This complex is awesome! They are always quick to respond, and whenever I have a maintenance issue (which is not common), they have it resolved within 24 hours typically. Add to that the community involvement like the giveaways and socials they put on, and it all adds up to one nice living experience. May 8, 2020I moved to Murfreesboro 5 years ago and moved into Colony House b/c it's what was available that weekend that I was looking. I've lived here ever since, moving within the complex three times (life changes). The people in the office are awesome. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick.
