Terrible and management is very unprofessional!
June 30, 2022The staff here is very rude and not any help at all and that's if you can ever catch them in the office and calling on the phone is even worse. Their hours are till 5:30 and depending on the day they close early especially on Friday. They are very careless when it comes to money. They tried to keep my deposit because they said I did not pay the $1000 break lease fee which I did in a cashiers check. Well come to find out after almost two months of arguing and trying to get my deposit back, ...they found my cashiers check and claimed they were not able to cash it but never called us to let us know there was a problem with the check.
