Don't Bother Coming Here - Subsidized Living
June 23, 2024In the 3 years I've been here, we've had numerous plumbing issues. I noticed we don't have adequate heating other than hot water and gas for a stove. We have electric, and that's it. This website claims we get air conditioning, we don't. Also says smoke-free, tenants smoke here. We have to buy our own internet, and the best one to get here is Verizon. We've had multiple building and community managers, and none but one asked about air conditioning. But as soon as that manager asked for everyone ...to put together a work order, he disappeared. August 20, 2015The apartments inside of this building are EXTREMELY spacious - The maintenance team is awesome , leaking faucet ,light bulb out in the bathroom ,anything ... They will fix it in a timely fashion. The building provides their own parking structure so you wont have to deal with the Downtown LA parking problems !
