Very horrible place to live

Your packages will be stolen because no staff is present at the front desk at all times and the building will do absolutely to help. They don’t take any COVID precautions by sanitizing the common areas or elevators or gyms. They don’t not keep the hallways clean and vacuum . They don’t have somebody at the front desk 24/7 even though you pay a good amount for security. Honestly look somewhere else.

We take security very seriously and for any stolen property, we are available to assist the authorities with security footage as needed. While this building does not advertise to have a 24/7 doorman, the front desk is staffed during business hours to provide any coordination services needed for our residents and vendors. Additionally, we use a package management system called Notifii to alert members of a package's arrival and lock any remaining parcels in a locked closet at the end of the day. Finally, we appreciate the feedback on the shared spaces and thier cleanliness. We aim to prioritize keeping public spaces clean on a regularly scheduled basis. We will be sure to take note of your observations so our team can address these areas more carefully.
