it was a solid experience
September 17, 2025I stayed here for a few months, and overall it was a solid experience. The location is convenient, the house is fully furnished, and moving in was simple — everything from WiFi to utilities was already set up. The community aspect was a plus too; I met people from different backgrounds and it made settling into New York a lot easier. The common areas like the kitchen and bathrooms really depend on how tidy your housemates are. Much better now with outpost management...
August 21, 2025I’ve been living at 417 Grand Ave for a few months now, and I want to point out that the building is currently managed by Outpost. Since the management changed, things have improved a lot. The common areas are kept clean, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and any small maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. My room was ready when I moved in, furnished and comfortable, which made the whole process stress-free. The location is also great close to the subway, with cafés and grocery stores just around ...the corner. The house has a good balance of privacy and community, and the people I’ve met here have been respectful and friendly.
