german roach infestation
October 5, 2024This place is infested with roaches. Management is loath to do work here, and there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Lots of weird folks wander in to the complex, and most residents have yappy little dogs.Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015Winstel Vista Apartments 3750 e. Monte Vista Dr Tucson, az 85716 Glenn/Alvernon Junior 1s ($385) 1br ($450), 2br($500) apts. Been here a year. There is a fenced pool area, Basketball court, Bbq, covered parking and on sight Laundry. Its super close to shopping and bus stops are a 3 minute walk.(so is my work) There are several schools and daycare as well as parks and paths close by.Everything is within walking distance.Review from Apartments.com
