I lived there in 2010,it was nice when I moved in there., started going down in 2013 where there were mice and people would prop doors open. The walls were very thin. Maintenance crew was great! It was beautiful in 2010!

If you like rude unprofessional office staff, maintenance men who half fixed things due to parts always seeming to be on "backorder" therefore it takes them days if not weeks at a time to fix things, nasty hallways that always seem to smell no matter if they call thierself remodeling it, oh and how can I forget about the roach infected this place is, even when they call thierself bringing an exterminator in your home who does nothing. Also if you use thier laundry facility, make sure you get your ...

It is a no pet policy yet pets are everywhere, you can hear people music and conversations right through the wall The walls are very thin.u have to hunt maintainence down. they never Finish their jobs I was there 8 long months, I felt uncomfortable contacting the office because of the attitudes.

I’ve been here almost 2 years and i honestly any wait until my lease is up so i can leave. It wasn’t this bad when i first moved here but it got worst. The leasing agents have terrible attitudes & act like you owe them something, I’ve had 2 water leakages since I’ve been here that came from other apartments and messed up mine. I asked to be moved to a different apartment and they told Me I’d have to give them a 30 days notice of me leaving then reapply for a different apartment. The cleaning crew ...

barely come around to clean. Laundry room is always dirty and the washers need to be replaced. There’s mice & roaches everywhere. Maintenance is slow to do anything! Just save your money and Move somewhere else!

Floors cute but everything is falling apart I’ve only been here at least 4months. I’ve seen mice... already it’s February 2020, rooms are very cold u can have the heat on all day the rooms will still feel cold. Don’t have a clean laundry room. You will have to walk at least 2 mins to throw your trash out. They don’t plow the parking section. I just can’t wait until my lease up. I do not recommend

I’ll be honest everything looks beautiful but honestly things wasn’t up to part, no park for kids, barley have parking spaces, people sleep inside the laundry rooms. your car get broken into alot .If u don’t pay rent they will put your information on the main door and none of the door bells work maintenance don’t fix anything, it’s one garbage per apartment complex it’s all a set up me and my two children regret it. Everything in my place was falling apart

It’s all a set up, cabinets falls apart, things in the bathroom breaking, the power go out anytime it rains, no restaurants near. People sit their garbage outside their doors, barley could get parking. I just hated it that was the worse thing I’ve ever done. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE
