Not Worthy of Top Star Review
September 2, 2025I have been a resident here almost two years and I cannot honestly give a 3, 4, or 5 star review. I have not seen any mice or roaches so far as many of the other reviews have mentioned, but my apartment has had issues with the ceiling leaking which resulted in a damaged ceiling due to rain coming in. The refrigerator and stove are not the most decent and I contacted maintenance to get kitchen faucet replaced so that I can hook my portable washer to and they refused to replace the faucet. The ...website needs to be updated because it specifically states that washer and dryer hookup is available. Definitely not worthy of a top star review.Property Manager Responded

don’t do it

MICE AND ROACH INFESTATION
July 17, 2024Only leaving one star because I have to, not because I want to. I currently have been living here going on 3 years now and this is by far my worst year ever. The mice and roaches are taking over my unit. I have not been staying home where I pay rent because of this issue. All they do is give you peppermint oil to spray (doesn’t work) and put down sticky traps. The ladies in the office are even scared to enter my Apt due to the infestation. My unit is very clean. I have nothing but traps and rat ...poison down all around my apartment and it’s very unpleasant to see. Everyday I come to check on my Apt there is a mouse caught on a trap. Sometimes more than one caught on one trap. Let me mention I have seen them roam around also while present in the home. They do not answer the after hour maintenance line & if they do, they still will not come out. Living here has been very stressful. The living conditions are unsafe and inhabitable. Save yourself the headache. Definitely not worth what we are paying.Property Manager Responded

Mild and a number of safety violations
November 29, 2023It took a full month just to move in and once moved in there was mold exposed wire and cracks in the ceiling not to include food outside of the units. When I brought the concern to the management office they lied about the conditions so now I have to go through a lawyer to get out of the contractProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
November 2, 2019Terrible apartments. I recently moved out of Westbrook because I just couldn’t take it anymore. The walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbors conversation from my bedroom. Maintenance is terrible . When we first moved in, nearing Winter, we didn’t even have a furnace. We were freezing for almost a month . When they did bring a furnace it was old and rusty and the guy dragged it through our living room leaving a nasty stain. When we asked about the stain he tells us “Yeah your best bet is to ...get it professionally cleaned, they won’t send us back out here to clean it.” SO UNPROFESSIONAL.. Once we did move out, we were fined 424 for “carpet replacement” ! And the office manager says there is no way she can change anything so we were forced to pay it. I can keep going on and on about how terrible our experience was there.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
July 23, 2019They you to have superb service when Cina was working with maintenance. Since he hasn’t been here maintenance service has been obsolete or nonexistent so to speak. I continuously call about situations just to get told there’s a work order in, but the problem never gets solved. It seem like nothing ever gets fixed anymore.Property Manager Responded

Stop while you can!!!
July 27, 2018First off, I’ve been here for almost a year. The same problems I reported from the move in date are still ongoing problems. Never was aware that management was going to change and all of a sudden everybody that helped me get into my house is GONE. No letter stating management has changed? When it rains, the carpet gets soaked and makes a TERRIBLE odor in the house. Secondly, ROACHESSSSS! I tried to get the problems fixed but it seem like they only got worst. Lastly, maintenance doesn’t do their ...jobs properly. House falling down in front of my eyes. If you just want to browse do it elsewhere. Don’t move here for the price.
