Great Management
June 8, 2017We lived here for 3 years and just moved into our first home. We enjoyed our time at Concord. Quiet, clean, and relaxing environment near freeways and shopping. Cyndi was and is very professional, honest, efficient, and effective since day one! Any issues, questions, or concerns were always handled immediately. She definitely made our experience a memorable one. The gentleman who does maintenance on the property is also a very diligent hard worker. You can sense a feeling of community here! Garden of Eden
July 23, 2015Come home from work, park in the shade. Listen to the birds walking to my door. Let my Italian Greyhound out of his crate for his walk. We stroll past lush ferns, ivy, golden raintrees along the sidewalk. Pass by the 2 properly spaced pools, get the mail. Greet the neighbors as they walk their dogs too. We gather at the fenced dog park at the opposite end of the complex. Such a lovely, peaceful neighborhood, full of pleasant aromas, lovely flowers, neighbors who know everyone and look ...out for each other. Concord Village in Riverside California is a most peaceful, lovely community with 30 years of established trees and gardens to enjoy. November 24, 2013We are moving from Missouri next week. When visiting, Cyndi helped me, I wanted a 2 bedroom downstairs and they did not have one. She gave me 2 places she recommended to look.
