It seems every resident has had their car broken into. Cars on bricks seem to be norm as you see it more often than not. They claim to have "wooden floors" but it's really just laminate flooring that is so badly installed it literally peels and lifts so much you can literally trip on it. Maintenance is a joke, their website claims to have "on site maintenance" but it doesn't seem that way, they take forever to fix things and you constantly have to remind them or they forget about you. constantly claiming maintenance has priorities which in my opinion, means if you're apartment isn't on fire, you get pushed aside until you start complaining. Roaches are such a problem that you can literally see them crawling on the sidewalk...and then there are the rats. On site rats rival NYC rats, that's how big they are. Pet owners are careless, a walk around the complex is like a walk in dung pile...poop is everywhere. The smell of weed is so prominent you begin to wonder why you don't smell it when it's not there. There is no park or play area on site for children, so as a resident you have to deal with children running up and down stairs, hallways and in the parking lot. They do have a security guard put it's only ONE, and for such a big complex it's just doesn't seem like enough.
