We were given a 24 hour notice back in April for them to come inspect our apartment so we gave prior notice maybe two days prior notice for them to give us a call and time and we would make sure we’re there for the inspection. We would make sure we had off of work. They failed to do so they show up to our house unannounced. our apartment, we had a different manager, and she got swapped out for Angel middle of the year never met her only got a little email, saying how pleasant of a person she is, which is a lie and then further down the road. We’ve been making service requests to fix our dishwasher cause it’s had a leak and they’ve failed to fix that. They keep closing our work orders saying they’re complete when they’re not they finally reached out to us saying oh we’ve had the wrong number when they’ve had both of mine and my fiancé‘s number for over a year, so we finally said we’re not renting again I would not rent from this company.
