parking lot or directly into student housing, so I leave my blinds closed at all times. The counter space in the kitchenette is essentially useless because of how little there is. It says there is 24/7 management and maintenance but Foxboro is really difficult to get a hold of and if you have absolutely no chance of anything except for the maintenance emergency line on the weekends, holidays, and after 5 p.m. The laundry costs $3.25 a load and other residents will not only complain if you wash things after 8 p.m., but they may take your laundry fully out of the washer or drier and set it on top of the machines, regardless of whether it is finished or not. Another thing not mentioned is that the vast majority of the apartments are rented out by elderly people who have more or less racist demeanors. Seeing it for myself when having friends over and hearing them talk about how they're uncomfortable just walking into the building is ridiculous. As soon as my lease is up in the coming months I will be leaving and not renting from Foxboro again.
