Disorganized and Unprofessional Management
April 16, 2026This place is a security failure. Cars get broken into, mailboxes get broken into, and packages get stolen—constantly. The call box doesn’t even work, so anyone can walk right in. There are prostitutes, transients, and homeless people on the property like it’s normal. Vehicles are vandalized all the time. Assigned parking is a joke. People take whatever spots they want, including handicap spaces, and management does nothing. When confronted, management’s response? “It’s the area.” No—it’s your ...job to secure the property, and you’re failing. Sunrise Management is lazy, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. They do not care about tenant safety, and it shows. There have been at least five different managers since Sunrise Management took over—constant turnover with zero stability.
